About this fabric

The surface reads as a plain weave or texture-led design, with faint tonal mottling moving through the warm oatmeal-beige ground. This subtle variation keeps the colour from appearing flat, while the light catches the fine texture softly rather than creating a strong sheen. Made from 100% polyester and supplied at 140 cm (55") wide, Lexham Oatmeal is specified for fixed upholstery. Its 45,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for hard-working fixed seating. Care instructions include hand washing and professional dry cleaning; do not tumble dry or bleach, and use a cool iron.

How to use it

Use Lexham Oatmeal on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its warm beige tone can soften darker woods and contrast with deep olive, rust or charcoal accents. Its gently mottled surface also works well with other quiet natural textures without introducing a competing pattern.
