About this fabric

Woven at 300gsm, Alvar Arctic has a dense-looking, softly mottled texture in a restrained Arctic blue-teal shade. The colour sits between blue and green, with a cool grey cast that keeps it muted rather than jewel-bright. With a usable width of 144cm, it offers a practical mid-weight option for both upholstery and drapery. The 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats confirm a plain, non-directional surface, while the standard length is 35m.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-teal on a compact sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtain, balancing its depth with chalky whites, pale grey and weathered timber. Its softly cloudy surface also works well alongside plain linens and lightly textured neutrals.
