About this fabric
This plain fabric has a subtly textured, textile-like surface rather than a visible printed motif, allowing the amethyst shade to remain the focus. The colour reads as muted mauve-purple, with darker and lighter traces that add depth without creating a defined pattern. At 300 gsm and 144 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are both 0 cm, so there is no design matching to manage, and the standard length is 35 m.
How to use it
Use Alvar Amethyst to bring a quiet, cool mauve note to an upholstered armchair, headboard or pair of curtains. Its softly varied surface works especially well with smoky greys, warm neutrals and deeper plum accents.
