About this fabric

The rich peony tone sits between berry pink and raspberry, with darker and lighter threads creating gentle tonal movement across the cloth. A fine crosshatch weave is visible in the close-up, giving the surface a dry, tactile character. At 370 gsm, it has the substantial presence expected of an upholstery-weight textile. The 137 cm usable width and 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats make it straightforward to cut across plain upholstered forms, while the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use Amalfi Peony to bring controlled berry colour to an occasional chair, headboard or compact sofa, pairing it with warm neutrals, walnut and aged brass. Its muted depth also works well as a strong accent against chalky pinks, putty tones or soft cream.

A substantial, finely textured raspberry-pink weave for upholstery with a tailored, quietly expressive finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
