About this fabric

At 376 gsm, this is a substantial woven textile suited to upholstered pieces where its textured surface can be appreciated. The raspberry ground reads as a cool, softened pink-berry shade rather than a bright red, giving the floral design depth without losing its colour presence. White stems, leaves and open blooms stand clearly against the ground, while the fine woven grain adds gentle tonal variation across the surface. The 137 cm usable width is arranged around a 34.2 cm vertical repeat and 34 cm horizontal repeat, making the botanical layout a clear consideration when cutting larger upholstery panels.

How to use it

Use Berkeley Raspberry on a statement armchair, dining seat or upholstered headboard, balancing its cool berry tone with ivory textiles, pale timber and brushed brass. Its medium-scale floral repeat also works well on a pair of coordinated occasional chairs.
