Atrio Peacock

Espectro Weaves FabricCCF0844-05

Atrio Peacock layers muted peacock teal with pale ivory, taupe and grey threads in a densely woven horizontal texture. The close-up shows a softly irregular surface where the cool teal catches between lighter slub-like lines.

About this fabric

This substantial 451gsm fabric has a tightly built, linear weave suited to upholstery, with 90 threads per centimetre giving the surface its compact visual rhythm. Fine horizontal bars and broken flecks shift between cool peacock teal, chalky ivory and earthy taupe-grey, creating depth rather than a flat block of colour. The pattern repeats every 20cm vertically and 14cm horizontally, so the small-scale texture remains controlled across a larger upholstered surface. It is supplied in a standard 30m length and has a 142cm usable width.

How to use it

Pair Atrio Peacock with warm timber, aged brass and soft ivory upholstery to balance its cool, muted teal depth. Its narrow horizontal movement works particularly well on a tailored sofa, footstool or occasional chair.

Use this substantial peacock-toned weave on occasional chairs, sofas or ottomans where its fine horizontal texture can add depth without overwhelming the room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
