Marmor Parchment

Expressions Performance Wallcoverings WallpaperCCW0129-06

Marmor Parchment presents a pale parchment-cream ground with barely-there cloudy variation across the surface. Its restrained marbled effect reads almost ivory in brighter areas, with delicate cooler shading adding depth.

About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke wallcovering has a softly mottled surface in warm parchment cream, interrupted by fine, diffuse traces of cool grey-green that prevent the pale ground from appearing flat. The tonal movement is subtle rather than graphic, giving the design a calm, lightly weathered character visible across the swatch. Marmor Parchment has a usable width of 53 cm and a standard length of 10.05 m. At 460 gsm, it has a substantial wallcovering weight, while the 53 cm vertical pattern repeat keeps the cloudy marbling gently paced across the wall.

How to use it

Use Marmor Parchment where a near-white wall needs more depth than a plain ivory, particularly alongside pale oak, limestone or softly aged metal. Its muted parchment tone can also temper stronger colours without introducing a sharp contrast.

A softly mottled parchment ground that brings a quiet, light-reflective finish to walls.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
