About this fabric

The design combines curling stems, pointed leaves, small scattered sprigs and larger layered blooms, all rendered in subdued sage, olive and grey-green tones against the pale cream ground. Its 372 gsm weight gives this woven fabric a substantial mid-weight presence, while the 137 cm usable width is practical for upholstery and window treatments. The pattern measures 48 cm vertically by 43.3 cm horizontally, creating a clearly repeating but evenly spaced floral rhythm. In this colourway, the softened contrast keeps the substantial floral motif smart rather than vivid.

How to use it

Use the cream-and-sage colourway on a reading chair, headboard or relaxed curtain scheme, pairing it with warm ivory, weathered timber and muted olive accents. Its gentle tonal contrast also suits a layered country or quietly traditional room without overwhelming smaller pieces.

A softly muted cream ground with sage botanical trails, suited to relaxed upholstery, curtains and coordinating accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
