About this fabric

The swatch shows a dense, matte weave made up of fine horizontal and vertical threads, creating a restrained crosshatch effect rather than a distinct motif. Its dark Agean tone sits between slate blue and softened charcoal, giving the surface quiet depth without appearing saturated. At 220 gsm and 147 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. With a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, it can be planned without pattern matching, and the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use this cool slate blue-grey on a tailored sofa, footstool or dining chair for a calm, architectural foundation, then soften it with pale stone, chalk or warm timber. Its subtle woven variation also works well as full-length curtains where the dark tone can frame a lighter room.

A cool, dark blue-grey weave that brings understated depth to upholstery, cushions, curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
