Gautier Indigo

Latour FabricCCF0083-03

Gautier Indigo brings a deep, cool indigo ground together with densely packed oatmeal striations that move vertically across the cloth. The uneven, tactile surface gives the pattern a layered, almost hand-marked appearance.

About this fabric

The blue is saturated but softened by the warm oatmeal threads, creating a high-contrast colourway with visible depth rather than a flat navy finish. Irregular vertical markings vary in width and direction, producing a lively abstract stripe effect across the 52cm vertical by 23.5cm horizontal repeat. At 546gsm, this is a substantial woven textile well suited to upholstery applications. Its 140cm usable width and 40m standard length provide practical quantities for larger furnishing projects.

How to use it

Use Gautier Indigo on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard where its cool indigo depth can anchor a room. Pair it with warm timber, oatmeal upholstery plains and brushed brass to pick up the lighter threads in the pattern.

A substantial indigo upholstery cloth with a tactile, irregular striated pattern and softly contrasting oatmeal highlights.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
