About this fabric

The close weave forms a delicate horizontal and vertical texture, with small tonal shifts that keep the plain surface from looking flat. In this Mushroom colourway, grey-beige threads blend into a restrained taupe shade that reads warm in the swatch while retaining a cool, earthy cast. At 220 gsm, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The 147 cm usable width and zero horizontal and vertical pattern repeat make it straightforward to cut across larger plain-covered areas.

How to use it

Use Mushroom on relaxed armchairs, upholstered headboards or full-length curtains where its quiet taupe tone can soften stronger timber, stone and painted shades. Pair it with warm whites, oatmeal and muted olive for a natural, layered scheme.

A versatile mid-weight taupe weave for softly tailored upholstery, curtains and coordinating cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
