Gatsby Mocha

Lusso FabricCCF0211-06

Gatsby Mocha brings a warm mocha-taupe ground to the Lusso collection, traced with crisp ivory geometric lines and delicate dotted outlines. Its architectural motif reads softly rather than starkly against the muted brown-grey base.

About this fabric

The fabric shows repeating angular arch forms, with solid ivory borders paired with fine linked-dot lines that create a measured Art Deco rhythm. The mocha ground has a subdued, softly textured appearance, giving the ivory detailing gentle contrast instead of a high-colour clash. At 199 gsm and 137 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 23.5 cm vertically and 16.3 cm horizontally, allowing the stepped motif to remain clearly defined across a wider application.

How to use it

Use Gatsby Mocha to bring warmth and structure to a taupe, stone or deep brown scheme, particularly on a tailored occasional chair, roman blind or understated curtain. Pair its ivory lines with aged brass or pale timber to echo the pattern’s softly polished geometric character.

Use this warm mocha geometric as a composed neutral for tailored upholstery, blinds or full-length curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Gatsby Mocha without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
