About this fabric

This 220 gsm fabric has a 147 cm usable width, making it a practical mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. There is no pattern repeat vertically or horizontally, so the woven surface can be positioned freely without matching a design. Close up, the fine yarns create a restrained basketweave effect, with subtle darker flecks and lighter threads catching across the lilac ground. The overall impression is calm and tactile rather than decorative, with a relaxed finish suited to understated interiors.

How to use it

Use the cool lilac-mauve tone on a tailored armchair, headboard or full-length curtain, then balance it with chalky whites, soft greys and pale timber. Its quiet crosshatch texture also works well alongside brushed metal and matte neutrals.

A quietly textured lilac weave that brings a cool, softened tone to upholstery, curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
