About this fabric

The close-up shows a dense, irregular weave rather than a printed motif, giving the surface a gently striated, tactile appearance. At 400gsm, this is a substantial textile suited to upholstery, with a usable width of 142cm. The fabric has a 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, so the plain textured surface can be handled without motif matching. A standard length of 40m makes it practical for coordinated upholstery projects in this rich, shadowed colourway.

How to use it

Pair Karina Damson with warm timber, aged brass and muted neutrals to balance its deep wine-plum depth. It is especially effective on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard where the subtle woven variation can be seen at close range.
