Highlander Berry
Highlander 2 FabricCCF0439-02
Highlander Berry is a deep, saturated berry-purple woven with a softly mottled surface that gives the plain colour visible depth. The close-up shows fine tonal variation rather than a printed motif, allowing the shade to read as rich but tactile.

About this fabric
From Clarke & Clarke’s Highlander 2 collection, this 290 gsm fabric has a subtly textured woven face in a dark berry-purple tone. The colour shifts gently between plum, wine and cooler violet notes across the surface, preventing the deep shade from appearing flat. With a 140 cm usable width and zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, it can be planned without motif matching. Its mid-weight construction makes Highlander Berry suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications.
How to use it
Use Highlander Berry to bring depth to a reading chair, headboard or bench, pairing its wine-like purple with warm timber, aged brass and softly contrasting neutrals. As drapery, the colour will create a cocooning backdrop while the subtle weave keeps the effect considered rather than glossy.
A rich berry woven with subtle surface texture, suitable for upholstery, cushions and softly tailored drapery.

Pairs well with
Highlander Berry is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
