About this fabric

This 400gsm fabric has a substantial woven appearance, making it well suited to upholstery where its irregular crosshatched texture can be appreciated across a larger surface. The Espresso colour reads as warm, dark chocolate brown, with shifting tonal marks that catch the light softly across the swatch. It has a usable width of 142cm and a standard length of 40m. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0cm, reflecting the all-over texture rather than a separate repeatable motif.

How to use it

Use Karina Espresso on a sofa, armchair or dining chair when a room needs a deep, warm anchor with tactile surface interest. Pair its dark brown depth with pale timber, aged brass or softly contrasting neutrals to keep the upholstery from feeling visually heavy.
