About this fabric

The understated taupe-grey colour has a gently warm brown cast, giving the cloth more depth than a flat silver or cool grey. Fine horizontal and vertical threads create a close plain weave with delicate tonal variation as the light moves across it. At 247 gsm, it is a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The 137 cm usable width, 40 m standard length and 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats make it straightforward to cut and position.

How to use it

Pair Easton Nickel with warm off-whites, mushroom tones and aged timber where its soft grey-brown depth can read as quietly tailored. Its non-directional plain weave also suits upholstered seating, cushions and relaxed curtains without introducing a competing motif.

Use this muted nickel taupe to bring softly tailored texture to upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
