About this fabric

The surface is a low-contrast beige weave, with delicate tonal variation that keeps the colour from looking flat while preserving its near-plain appearance. At 271 gsm, it has the substance of a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The usable width is 137 cm, while the subtle design is specified with a 36.5 cm vertical repeat and a 34.5 cm horizontal repeat. Sahara’s gentle warmth makes the textile feel softer and more relaxed than a cooler grey-beige.

How to use it

Use Spectrum Sahara to upholster a sofa, headboard or occasional chair when a warm sandy neutral is wanted without a strong decorative motif. It can also be carried through into curtains, where its understated texture will complement timber, rattan and softly coloured walls.

A warm, quietly textured neutral with enough body for upholstery and enough versatility for curtains.
