About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke Vardo Sheers colourway is a delicate ivory sheer with uneven vertical and horizontal threads forming a small, softly broken grid. The near-white lines catch the light against the warm ivory base, giving the surface gentle depth without a strong graphic contrast. At 166 gsm, it has a light, fluid character suited to window treatments rather than hard-wearing upholstery. The fabric has a 303 cm useable width, a 5 cm vertical repeat and a 10 cm horizontal repeat, making the small-scale texture easy to position across broad curtain drops.

How to use it

Hang Lucas Ivory as full-height curtains in a light, calm room where its warm cream tone can soften daylight. Pair it with natural timber, chalky neutrals and understated woven textures to retain its airy feel.

Use this softly textured ivory sheer for full-length curtains that filter daylight without adding visual weight.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
