About this fabric

The lightly textured surface combines a chalky ivory tone with muted taupe and grey-brown linear detail, giving the design gentle contrast rather than a stark graphic effect. The irregular blocks vary in size and direction, creating a measured maze-like rhythm across the cloth. At 668gsm and 140cm usable width, this is a dense, substantial textile well suited to upholstery. Its pattern repeat is 31.1cm vertically by 34.3cm horizontally, while the standard length is 35m.

How to use it

Use Kupka Ivory on a generous sofa, occasional chair or upholstered headboard where its warm neutral ground can soften the room while the taupe geometry adds quiet definition. Pair it with natural timber, warm stone and similarly muted textiles to keep the look calm and considered.

Use the warm ivory ground and fine taupe lines to bring understated structure to upholstered seating and headboards.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
