About this fabric

The close-set, elongated marks run vertically in irregular bands, giving this textile an abstract ikat-like rhythm rather than a fixed geometric motif. Magenta and peacock teal are the strongest colour notes, while copper, coral and pale highlights catch between the near-black spaces. At 371 gsm with a 138 cm usable width, the cloth has a substantial presence suited to upholstery. Its pattern repeats every 18.5 cm vertically and 17.3 cm horizontally, allowing the directional streaking to remain visible across a piece.

How to use it

Use this intense colourway on a statement chair, headboard or compact sofa, balancing its magenta and peacock teal with charcoal, smoked glass and warm copper details. Keep surrounding textiles relatively quiet so the vertical colour movement remains the focus.

Pair the dark ground with charcoal upholstery surrounds and use the magenta and peacock accents as the room’s colour focus.
