Orpheus Multi

Urban Fabric FabricCCF0744-03

Orpheus Multi combines vertical blue-grey, rust, cream and ochre bands in a densely woven geometric design. The colourway has a softly weathered, tactile appearance, with the alternating shapes giving the stripe a measured rhythm rather than a flat linear effect.

About this fabric

The ground moves between cool blue-grey and warm rust-orange, with cream, taupe and muted ochre accents that soften the contrast. Repeated rounded, interlocking forms sit within the vertical stripes, while the close weave gives the surface visible texture and a substantial handle. At 600gsm and 140cm wide, this is a weighty textile particularly well suited to upholstery. The pattern repeats every 7.2cm vertically and 34.2cm horizontally, with a standard length of 35m for considered cutting and matching.

How to use it

Use Orpheus Multi on a shaped armchair, sofa or headboard where its blue-grey columns can anchor a room while the rust and ochre notes add warmth. Pair it with aged woods, chalky neutrals and brushed metal rather than highly saturated colour, allowing the woven texture to remain prominent.

A substantial geometric stripe that brings blue-grey depth, rust warmth and softly aged ochre into tailored upholstery schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
