About this fabric

The swatch has a fine, open-looking weave with closely spaced vertical stripes, giving the cloth a softly textured surface rather than a flat printed appearance. Ivory and pale grey threads dominate, while teal, ochre, red and brown lines add slim flashes of colour through the length. At 166 gsm, this is a light fabric suited to drapery, with a generous 303 cm usable width for broad curtain drops. The pattern repeats every 5 cm vertically and 10 cm horizontally, keeping the narrow stripe arrangement subtle across a larger hanging.

How to use it

Pair the cool ivory and teal base with pale timber, chalky walls and natural textures; use the ochre and red pinstripes as small, considered colour notes rather than dominant accents.

Use this airy ivory colourway for full-length curtains where its fine teal, ochre, red and brown stripes can remain softly visible in daylight.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
