Apolline Sable

Agathe FabricM4091-13

Apolline Sable shows a fine, all-over abstract motif in a warm sandy beige and ivory palette. The small-scale pattern reads softly across the cloth, giving the colourway an easy, sun-warmed feel.

About this fabric

This colourway of Apolline from the Agathe collection is made in 52% viscose, 39% cotton and 9% polyamide, with a width of approximately 135cm and a repeat of V 17cm / H 15cm approx. The surface appears matte and gently textured rather than glossy, so the tiny irregular pattern sits quietly against the pale sable ground. Its warm beige tone is lifted by the lighter motif, creating a soft contrast that feels refined rather than high-contrast. With the supplied care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM, it is a versatile textile for considered interiors.

How to use it

Use this sable neutral to bring softness to tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains where a subtle pattern is wanted. It works especially well with oak, linen white and muted taupe, where the warm beige reads calm and cohesive.

A warm neutral that softens a scheme while adding quiet pattern and texture.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Apolline Sable without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
