Apolline Soleil

Agathe FabricM4091-04

Apolline Soleil brings a lively mustard-gold ground to Manuel Canovas’ Agathe collection, softened by a tight, all-over abstract pattern in pale ivory. The overall effect is sunny but refined, with a crisp, textured look that reads clearly at close range.

About this fabric

This fabric is woven in a 52% viscose, 39% cotton and 9% polyamide blend, with a width of approximately 135cm and a repeat of V 17cm / H 15cm approx. The surface appears dry and neat rather than plush, with the tiny irregular motif creating a grainy, dappled rhythm across the cloth. Its warm yellow tone sits between saffron and mustard, while the lighter pattern lifts it enough to keep it feeling fresh rather than heavy. With no performance finish noted and a √BM fire code, it is a decorative fabric suited to considered interior use.

How to use it

Use Apolline Soleil to add warmth to a chair, bench or tailored curtains, especially where the mustard base can glow against oak, cane or off-white walls. The small-scale pattern works well when you want colour and movement without a large visual statement.

Use with warm neutrals and walnut for a bright but grounded finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
