About this fabric

Woven in 30% Cotton, 25% Viscose, 15% Linen and 30% Wool, Pluto Cornsilk has the balanced handle of a versatile fabric rather than a purely decorative textile. The plain weave and subtle textured strié are visible across the surface, creating a gentle, grainy movement in the pale yellow ground. With a Martindale rub test of 40,000 and upholstery grading for Contract and General Domestic use, it is suitable for Loose Cover Upholstery, Fixed Upholstery, Curtains and Dual Purpose schemes. At 137cm wide and with an FR rating of A conforming to BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1, it is a practical choice where a light, softly sunlit colour is needed.

How to use it

Use this cornsilk shade to lift neutral upholstery, or pair it with oak, chalk white and putty tones for a relaxed, summer-bright room. It also works well as curtains where the gentle yellow reads warm without becoming bold.
