Talmont Rose

Alba FabricM4061-04

Talmont Rose brings a romantic floral scatter to a warm ivory ground, with blossoms and trailing stems shown in soft rose, fresh green and leaf pink. The design feels airy and decorative, with the flowers sitting lightly across the cloth rather than forming a dense all-over.

About this fabric

Woven in 65% linen and 35% viscose, this fabric has a refined, slightly crisp textile handle that suits elegant window dressing and decorative soft furnishings. The visible ground is a gentle ivory-beige, lifted by painterly blooms in blush, rose and deeper pink, with fresh green foliage adding contrast without making the palette heavy. Its large repeat, approximately V 78cm / H 128cm, gives the pattern a generous scale that reads clearly across curtains or statement cushions. The overall effect is graceful and uplifting, with the sheen of the viscose helping the petals catch the light softly.

How to use it

Use it for lined curtains, occasional chairs or layered cushions where the soft rose tones can sit against pale walls and natural timber. It works especially well with chalky whites, sage accents and understated brass details.

Pair with painted woods and crisp linens to let the painterly roses stand out.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Talmont Rose without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
