About this fabric

Woven in 65% linen and 35% viscose, this fabric has the natural body of linen with a smoother, softer finish from the viscose. The colourway reads as a cool ciel blue, with layered petals ranging from powdery pale blue to deeper denim notes, while the background stays light and neutral so the flowers remain prominent. The repeating floral layout is fairly generous, with a vertical repeat of approximately 78cm and a horizontal repeat of approximately 128cm, which gives the pattern room to open out across a larger surface. At 128cm wide, it is well suited to both drapery and upholstery applications, depending on the look and use required.

How to use it

Its pale blue and leaf-green palette works especially well with chalky whites, weathered oak and painted timber. Use it in a bright sitting room or bedroom where the cool floral tones can keep the scheme feeling light and refined.

Use for elegant curtains or occasional upholstery where its airy blue flowers can stand out against a calm ground.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
