About this fabric

Woven in 84% linen and 16% viscose, this fabric has the softened handle and gentle sheen you would expect from a linen-blend cloth. The repeat is approximately V 7cm / H 33cm, and the 135cm width makes the vertical stripe read cleanly across larger furnishings. In this colourway, the aqua ground is muted and cool rather than bright, while the cream stripe sections keep the design airy and open. The fine leaf trail adds a soft decorative note without overpowering the stripe structure.

How to use it

Use it for Roman blinds, relaxed curtains or occasional upholstery where you want the stripe to feel crisp but not stark. It sits well with painted woods, pale oak and chalky neutrals, and the cool aqua-green keeps a room feeling calm and lifted.

Its soft aqua-green stripe feels fresh and airy, with enough linen body for elegant upholstery or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Woodcote Stripe Aqua/Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
