Summerby Leaf Green is a graceful botanical print with airy branches, pale blossom and softly layered foliage across a warm ivory ground. The palette feels fresh rather than vivid, giving the design an easy, quietly elegant presence.

About this fabric

Printed on a fabric with a 143cm approximate width and a large repeat of V 77cm (half drop) / H 94cm approx, Summerby Leaf Green balances a decorative scale with a gentle, usable overall effect. The cloth is composed of 63% Linen, 28% Cotton and 9% Polyamide, so it has the natural character you'd expect from linen and cotton with a little added stability. In this colourway, the leaves read as soft leaf green rather than a bright spring green, with muted olive and pale sage notes that sit neatly against the creamy background. The blossom heads are light and airy, so the design feels more refined than bold, and the printed branches keep the pattern from looking heavy.

How to use it

Use it to bring a calm, garden-room feel to curtains, loose covers or occasional upholstery where the soft green tone can sit against oak, painted wood or pale stone. It pairs especially well with warm neutrals and muted greens for a layered, country-house look.

A fresh botanical print that works well on relaxed upholstery or elegant curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Summerby Leaf Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
