Calla Orange

Calla FabricJ930F-04

Calla Orange brings a tidy geometric rhythm to a pale, easy-to-live-with ground. The orange motif reads as soft apricot rather than bright tangerine, giving the design a fresh but restrained character.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, Calla Orange has a crisp, breathable handle and a repeat of V 21cm / H 8cm approx across a width of 137cm approx. The design combines rows of small orange diamonds with pale zigzag outlines, so the overall effect is neat and ordered rather than busy. In this colourway the orange feels warm and slightly muted, while the cream background keeps the fabric light and versatile. It is a useful mid-weight choice for upholstery or drapery where you want pattern without heaviness.

How to use it

Use Calla Orange to brighten an armchair, blind or scatter cushions, especially in rooms with oak, linen and painted woodwork. Its soft orange tone sits well with sand, stone and chalky grey finishes.

Pair with warm neutrals or pale grey for a fresh, tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
