About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Melbury Blue has a relaxed natural handle with a decorative damask repeat measuring approximately 76cm vertically and 45.5cm horizontally. The pattern reads as a pale, misty blue with white outlines and a gentle grey undertone, giving the motif a softly faded, heritage feel rather than a sharp contrast. Small trailing detail between the main leaves adds movement without disturbing the calm palette, and the linen ground helps the colour look chalky and refined. With a width of approximately 137cm and no performance features noted, it is well suited to elegant furnishing schemes where the pattern can breathe.

How to use it

Use this colourway on full-length curtains or an accent chair where the soft blue will sit quietly against cream paintwork and polished wood. It also works beautifully in a formal sitting room when paired with linen, biscuit and pale grey finishes.
