Peveril Navy/Red
Chilgrove FabricF4900-01
Peveril Navy/Red shows a softly faded damask-like floral motif scattered across an ivory ground. The navy outlines and red accents are gently muted, giving the pattern a settled, antique feel rather than a sharp contrast.

About this fabric
Woven in 60% Linen, 30% Cotton and 10% Polyamide, this 140cm-wide fabric has the character of a dependable decorative cloth with enough body for either curtains or upholstery. The repeat is approximately V 62cm / H 70cm, which suits the regular, symmetrical floral layout visible in the swatch. On the screen, the navy reads as a cool, softened outline while the red appears as a dusty coral-crimson highlight, both lifted by the natural-looking cream ground. The surface has a lightly slubbed, linen-rich texture that keeps the design from feeling too formal, even with its large-scale repeat. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact cloth.
How to use it
This colourway works well in rooms that need pattern without heaviness, especially against painted woodwork, aged brass, or pale timber. Its muted navy and red make it a strong choice for armchairs, cushions, or full-length curtains in a traditionally styled interior.
Use for elegant upholstery or curtains where the navy gives structure and the red softens the overall look.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
