Manuel Canovas

Buci Muscade

Domino FabricM4167-02

Buci Muscade reads as a warm, mellow beige with a lightly speckled surface and a softly irregular all-over texture. The small-scale pattern gives the cloth movement without breaking up its calm, neutral character.

About this fabric

This Domino fabric by Manuel Canovas is woven in 52% viscose, 39% cotton and 9% polyamide, with an approximate width of 136cm and a repeat of V 18cm / H 17cm. In this Muscade colourway, the ground sits in a toasted beige tone while the raised marks appear a shade paler, creating a subtle two-tone effect. The finish looks dry and lightly textural rather than glossy, so the pattern feels crisp and modern rather than ornate. With no performance features noted and fire code √BM, it is a refined decorative textile suited to both furnishing and soft window treatments.

How to use it

Use it on a compact armchair, ottoman or tailored curtain where its warm beige ground can soften sharper finishes. It pairs especially well with oak, limestone and deeper brown accents, which bring out the muscade warmth.

A warm, easygoing neutral that adds quiet texture without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
