About this fabric

Woven in a blend of 40% cotton, 40% viscose and 20% linen, Ella Brique has the natural character of linen tempered by a smoother, more settled handle. The swatch reads as a muted terracotta with rosy undertones, so the colour feels warm rather than orange and slightly softened rather than bright. At approximately 134cm wide, it is a practical furnishing width, and the zero repeat supports a clean, uninterrupted look across the surface. The close weave and gentle textural variation give it enough body for upholstery while still feeling refined enough for drapery.

How to use it

Use this colourway to warm up pale plaster, oak or stone interiors, where its brick-rose depth can add richness without feeling heavy. It works especially well with earthy neutrals, tobacco tones and aged brass accents.

A warm terracotta tone that brings gentle depth to seating or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
