Neela Rose Indien

Giverny FabricM4216-03

Neela Rose Indien brings a lively Indian-inspired motif to a warm ivory ground, scattered with medallions and winding floral trails. The rosy pinks, saffron golds and terracotta accents give the design a bright but softened rhythm.

About this fabric

This Giverny fabric from Manuel Canovas is woven in a 58% linen, 20% viscose, 18% polyester and 4% cotton blend, with an approximate width of 128cm and a vertical and horizontal repeat of 64cm. The cloth has a clear decorative presence, but the linen-rich construction and mixed fibre content suggest a practical mid-weight textile suited to both curtains and upholstery. In this colourway, the palette feels warm and sunlit rather than saturated, with soft ivory background colour, blush rose motifs, saffron leaves and terracotta centres that read with a gently aged finish. The pattern’s circular medallions and trailing vines stand out crisply, making the fabric feel detailed and ornate without becoming heavy. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Neela Rose Indien where you want pattern and colour to lift a neutral scheme, especially against pale plaster, chalky wood or muted gold accents. It works particularly well on accent chairs, occasional cushions or lined curtains, where the rose and saffron notes can sit against a light background.

Use for tailored curtains or statement upholstery where the warm pink and saffron palette can shine.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
