Swift Leaf/Aqua

Oaken FabricF4353-01

Swift Leaf/Aqua has a crisp, airy feel, with a tiny repeating leaf motif that reads delicate and orderly across the cloth. The pale ground keeps the pattern light, while the sage and aqua notes give it a cool, fresh lift.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen and offered at approximately 139cm wide, this fabric has the natural dry handle and soft surface movement you would expect from a linen cloth. The repeated motif is set at an approximate vertical repeat of 10cm and horizontal repeat of 14cm, creating a neat all-over rhythm rather than a bold statement pattern. In this colourway, the leaf shapes are drawn in muted sage and pale aqua with a gentle grey cast, so the overall effect stays calm and understated against the warm off-white ground. It suits a room that needs pattern without heaviness, and the linen texture keeps the design feeling relaxed rather than overly polished. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Swift Leaf/Aqua on relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or a tailored occasional chair where the soft green-blue palette can read clearly in daylight. It pairs well with pale oak, chalky whites and brushed nickel for a clean, quietly classic scheme.

A fresh small-scale linen for tailored curtains or light upholstery in calm, airy interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Swift Leaf/Aqua without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
