About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, Seafern Leaf has a neat small-scale repeat measuring approximately V 7cm / H 3cm, which helps the design settle into a gentle, even rhythm across the cloth. The colour reads as a muted fern green with a light, silvery cast, so it feels fresher than olive and softer than a full leafy green. Its fine, textured look adds interest at close range while staying quiet from a distance, making it an easy fabric to live with. With a width of approximately 140cm and care code Q 8 + T 3, it is a practical decorative fabric with a balanced, versatile handle.

How to use it

Use this colourway on armchairs, loose covers or cushions where the soft green tone can sit against pale timber, stone and cream upholstery. It also works well at the window if you want a light, garden-inspired note rather than a strong saturated green.

Pairs easily with pale oak, chalky neutrals and brass accents for a fresh, understated scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
