About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler Olander fabric is a versatile printed cloth, woven in a 33% cotton, 31% linen, 28% viscose and 8% polyester blend. The design reads as a soft pink-and-green trellis, with tiny blossom clusters and leaf motifs that sit cleanly against the pale background. Its 132cm approximate width and 39cm vertical by 33cm horizontal repeat make the pattern feel measured and orderly rather than busy. The colourway is notably gentle and slightly warm, with the pink lifted by crisp apple-green foliage for a fresh country-house feel. Q 8 + T 3 care and √BM fire performance are supplied.

How to use it

Use it on a small sofa, upholstered chair or footstool where the blush-and-sage palette can brighten a room without overpowering it. It also works well with chalky paint colours, floral cushions and simple striped contrast.

Pair with painted wood, pale linen and aged brass for a fresh but refined scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
