About this fabric

This Manuel Canovas fabric from the Palto collection is composed of 50% viscose, 27% cotton and 23% polyester, with a width of approximately 140cm and a repeat of V 16cm / H 14cm approx. The woven pattern appears as a dense, rippling small-scale motif in layered bronze and gold tones, giving the cloth a gently metallic depth without looking glittery. Its overall handle and visual weight suggest a versatile fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The warm bronzed finish feels grounded and smart, making it an easy way to add texture to a scheme without a strong contrast.

How to use it

This bronze colourway works well with walnut, dark oak and aged brass, where its warm undertone can echo natural timber and metal finishes. It also brings a richer note to cream or stone upholstery when you want the fabric to feel substantial but still luminous.

Use for tailored upholstery or refined curtains where a warm metallic tone is wanted.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
