About this fabric

Acer Maple Emerald from the Rivera collection by Jane Churchill is woven in a 56% viscose, 44% polyester composition and has an approximate width of 132cm. The design shows a dense all-over scatter of tiny maple-inspired floral forms, with cream, moss, ochre and inky dark notes layered over a rich green background. The surface appears smooth with a gentle textile softness rather than a heavy pile, so it feels suited to both upholstery and drapery use. With a vertical repeat of approximately 58cm and a horizontal repeat of approximately 44cm, the pattern has enough movement to read as decorative without losing its steady rhythm.

How to use it

This emerald colourway works well where you want pattern but still want the room to feel grounded, especially against timber, bronze and aged brass. It would add depth to a snug chair, window dressings or a statement bench without overpowering the scheme.
