Sound Aqua

Sound FabricL9344-13

Sound Aqua reads as a deep, muted olive with a cool, subdued cast. The plain linen surface gives it a quiet, natural texture rather than a glossy or patterned finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen and measuring approx. 147cm wide, Sound Aqua has a very small-scale plain appearance with no repeat, so the emphasis stays on the cloth’s colour and texture. In this swatch the tone sits between green and olive, with a softened, earthy depth that feels more restrained than bright aqua. The weave catches the light gently, giving the surface a dry, tactile look that suits both upholstery and drapery. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway to ground pale timber, stone and chalky neutrals, or pair it with warm brass for a smarter, understated finish. Its muted green depth works especially well where you want colour without brightness.

A restrained olive-linen tone that works neatly across relaxed upholstery and tailored curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
