About this fabric
This colourway reads as a very dark indigo, sitting between navy and charcoal with just enough blue in the light to stop it feeling flat. The plain weave gives it a fine, orderly texture rather than a pronounced slub, which keeps the surface looking smooth and composed. It is a 100% linen fabric with an approximate width of 147cm and no repeat, so the colour and texture do all the work. The Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire rating make it a practical specification-led choice for a polished interior scheme.
How to use it
Use this indigo linen on clean-lined seating or relaxed curtains where the depth of colour can anchor a room. It pairs especially well with chalky white, pale oak and brushed metal for a crisp, contemporary contrast.
Use with pale timber and crisp neutrals to let the inky blue tone stand out.

Pairs well with
Sound Indigo is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
