Asante Indigo

Tera FabricL9465-04

Asante Indigo is a deep navy-blue cotton with a quiet woven grid that only reveals itself as the light moves across the surface. Its tone feels ink-dark and refined, with a softly textured finish rather than a flat solid.

About this fabric

This colourway sits in a very dark indigo range, reading as navy first and blue second, with the woven structure creating a subtle checked effect across the cloth. The 100% cotton composition gives it a natural, slightly dry handle, while the 135cm approximate width makes it practical for a range of interior projects. The repeat is V 12cm half drop and H 11cm approx, though the pattern remains understated enough to work like a textured plain from a distance. With no performance features noted and a fire code of √BM, it is a smart decorative fabric for schemes that want depth without shine.

How to use it

Use Asante Indigo on tailored upholstery, cushion sets or Roman blinds where its dark, even colour can anchor a room. It works especially well with pale walls, off-white linen and warm metallic accents that bring out the blue-black depth.

Pairs well with pale timber, chalky neutrals and brushed brass for a crisp, tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
