Mariam Linen

Mariam Linen is a softly mottled beige woven with a natural linen look and a dry, tactile surface. The colourway reads as warm and sandy, with subtle tonal shifts that keep the fabric feeling lived-in rather than flat.

About this fabric

This Larsen fabric has a relaxed, textural handle visible in the crosshatched weave and faint slub movement across the surface. The design is plain with no repeat, which lets the natural-looking yarn blend take centre stage in this warm beige colourway. Its composition is 54% Linen, 30% Polyacrylic, 11% Viscose and 5% Polyester, giving the cloth a balanced, practical structure while keeping the linen character in view. At approximately 151cm wide, it is a useful width for both upholstery and drapery applications, and the Q 8 + T 3 care code plus K fire code should be considered when specifying it.

How to use it

Use this sandy beige with oak, pale plaster and softened off-whites for a calm, layered interior. It also suits relaxed seating or full-length curtains where you want texture more than pattern.

A softly textured neutral that works neatly across seating and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
