About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet has a fine, subtly varied surface that catches the light across the sage-green ground. The restrained tonal variation gives the plain-looking design depth without introducing a visible motif. It is rated for domestic upholstery and is machine washable, making it suited to everyday upholstered pieces. The fabric is suitable for Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this cool, softened sage with warm timber, chalky neutrals or natural linen for a calm sitting room scheme. Its lightly clouded colour works especially well on sofas, armchairs and upholstered dining chairs where the velvet texture can be seen up close.
