About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this velvet is supplied at a 138cm width for domestic upholstery projects. The close-up reveals a fine, softly varied surface with a restrained crosshatched effect, while the pale grey colour remains clean and understated. It is machine washable, making the fabric practical for suitable domestic applications. Flame retardancy is rated Domestic Cig & Match, with treatment available to bring it to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool silvery-grey colourway to lighten a contemporary sofa, headboard or occasional chair, especially alongside white, pale timber and blue-grey accents. Its subtle surface variation also works well where a plain upholstery fabric needs a little visual depth without a strong pattern.

The soft silvery-grey tone and fine velvet texture suit contemporary domestic upholstery, from occasional chairs to sofas and cushions.
