About this fabric

This colourway reads as a dark mocha taupe, combining brown warmth with a restrained grey cast. Its close velvet surface has fine directional variation, creating gentle tonal movement across the otherwise plain design. Made from 100% polyester and supplied at 138cm wide, it is graded for domestic upholstery and is machine washable. The fabric has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use the deep mocha-taupe shade on a sofa, armchair or upholstered headboard where its softly shifting velvet surface can add depth without introducing a pattern. Pair it with warm timber, smoked metal and lighter stone or oat tones to prevent the dark colourway from feeling heavy.
