About this fabric
This Dolce colourway has a restrained, warm grey-taupe tone that reads pale and composed rather than stark, with delicate changes in depth across the velvet pile. The close, fine texture is visible as a soft vertical nap with a muted sheen. Made from 100% polyester, it is 138cm wide and carries a Contract upholstery grade. Aftercare is machine washable, and its Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® specification means it can be treated to contract grade.
How to use it
Use this light taupe-grey velvet on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its gentle sheen can add polish without making the room feel heavy. It works especially well beside warm timber, chalky walls and layered stone or oatmeal neutrals.
