About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet is specified for contract upholstery and is machine washable. The close, plush surface reads as a rich teal rather than a bright turquoise, with darker and lighter areas created by the velvet pile. No printed motif is visible; instead, the fine vertical grain and tonal variation provide the design interest. It is suitable for domestic upholstery with Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy and can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Use this deep blue-green teal on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its plush nap can become the room’s colour anchor. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and softly neutral walls to balance the cool depth of the shade.
